Rajesh Setty is a serial entrepreneur, investor and author based in Silicon Valley. Rajesh serves as the president and CEO of Suggestica where they build private and public discovery engines using Rawsugar technology. He also serves as the executive chairman of Jiffle where they help solve scheduling problems across companies.

Rajesh is involved in several other technology businesses in the US, Europe and India in some combination of investor, founder, advisor and/or an executive. He is a member of the Band of Angels, an angel network in Silicon Valley and Vistage, a worldwide networking organization for CEOs. His latest book, Beyond Code: Learn to distinguish yourself in 9 simple steps! (foreword by Tom Peters), was published in late 2005. Bill Sherman

Advisory Board Member

Bill Sherman currently serves as an advisor for a number of high-tech start-up companies including Acceledge, and Resiligence. Over the past decade, he served as a partner at Intulogy, consulting Fortune 500 clients in the high-tech, manufacturing, health care, finance, franchise, government, and retail-sales sectors; Bill specializes in organizational diagnostics and analysis. He has worked with virtually every functional area within corporations, which gives him the nimble ability to leverage solutions across vertical silos. He has also led Intulogy's Learning Roundtable for directors at Fortune 500 and global companies.

In addition to his experience with organizational development and learning, Bill has consulted on thought-leadership marketing with New York Times best-selling authors. He blogs at www.aha-moments.com where he writes on social capital and thought-leadership marketing. He's currently preparing a research-driven book on Leveraging Global Relationships.

Bill received bachelor degrees in English and Theater from St. John's University; a master's degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and studied for a Ph.D. in English Literature at St. Louis University. He actively supports the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation—hosting annual fundraisers in his hometown of St. Louis.

Timo Wadhawan

Timo Wadhawan serves as Heartwood Studios, Inc.'s COO and is a Founding Board Member. Since 2000, Timo has been a Board Member/Corporate Officer of The Heartwood Group - Builders in San Francisco's Bay Area.

Previously, as Senior VP and COO of Argos Adriatic Corporation, Timo was a member of the team responsible for taking the IT services company from $300k annual revenue to $10 million. He served as Senior VP of Construction for Kapareva Construction Corporation, a builder of luxury homes in Danville, CA. From mid 70s to 1985 Timo was a Construction and Contracts Manager for BC Hydro & Power Authority's multi-million dollar projects such as, Cathedral Square underground substation in Vancouver, Canada and Seven Mile Hydroelectric project in Trail, British Columbia.

Timo holds a B. Tech Electrical Engineering degree from IIT Delhi and Master of Applied Science in Systems Design from University of Waterloo, Canada.
