We are currently seeking a dynamic individual with 3D experience to join our production team.
The 3D artist will work closely with the Creative Director in establishing concept ideas during pre-production. He/she will work closely with the 2D team during production to incorporate 3D animations into the final commercial. Ideal candidate is a solid generalist (able to work in several areas of max). However, if you have certain skill sets we will be able to incorporate those into production. Job Description and Responsibilities
- Participate in concept development and design under the direction of Creative Director
- Work in the following software: 3D Studio Max, After Effects, Photoshop
- Assist with production process from pre-production through delivery
- Have a good understanding of 2D production and how it is incorporated into 3D animation
- Knowledge of render farm, rendering and After Effects (post)compositing
- Organize and optimize a scene into layers with collapsed and named objects
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in 3D animation using Studio Max
- Ability to model, texture, and perform simple rigging
- A solid demo reel with shot breakdown
Desired Skills:
- Ideal candidate is a solid generalist
- Experience with matte painting, particles, environments, and lighting
- Familiarity with 2D as well as 3D applications
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work well with management and other art staff
- Ability to take a project from start to finish
- Dedicated problem solver, “can do attitude” Do what’s needed to get the job done
- Must be able to meet deadlines

The Creative Director is responsible for creating design targets, and maintaining the design of all projects within the studio. This person will maintain the design integrity throughout the entire project, ensuring consistency and the highest competitive quality.
Creative Director
Essential Functions:
- Lead all designers in the conception and implementation of all projects.
- Provide creative and innovative direction to the sales team in the proposal process
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with other team members
- Help with generation of schedules for design and production team members
- Participate in hiring of new design and production team members
- Work with Project Manager on the focus and scope of all projects throughout production
- Retouch images using Photoshop when necessary
- Aid in graphic design for marketing and branding
- Aid in maintaining and updating website
Requirements:
- Knowledge of 3D process
- Demonstrable knowledge of design concepts and the ability to apply them
- Solid scheduling and organizational skills
- Clear “people skills”
- Computer skills; 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, After Effects
- Attention to detail

Game Engine Programmer
We are in the process of developing a training simulation within a real time engine. The Programmer will be responsible for the development of code to take models from 3DS Max to the chosen platform. We are open to any platform that will fit our requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with C/C++/C#
- Game development experience
- Experience working with Shaders, XNA, Open GL, DirectX and Graphics
- Deep knowledge of modern graphics technologies and techniques
- Capable of starting a codebase or working on an existing one
- Interest in playing and creating video games
- Fun personality and creative vision
- Self-managing and pro-active about problem solving
- Works well in a team environment
- Solid time management

- Background in 3D a plus, 3DS Max is an additional plus
- Experience with Quest or Xbox 360 a plus

- Entry Level artists may be considered dependant upon a solid demo reel and previous work experience
