Process
We begin our production process through an introductory meeting from our Sales Team to the Project Manager. When the project scope has been confirmed, the production schedule is given to the client with assigned dates for decisions to be made and results to be delivered.
With our FTP sites, we are set up to exchange up to 20GB, eradicating the frustration of attachments and email limitations. We at Heartwood, as well as our clients, have access to the project files 24/7. All clients have an exclusive access to a password protected zone to view the progress of their production work, provide feedback and comments, and upload their files. Most importantly, our clients do not need to be local to utilize our services.
