Mr. Ray Rice is responsible for new business development for commercial aircraft companies in North America. His experience encompasses over (15) years proven ability to develop business relationships, and maintain value-added contact with commercial aircraft parts brokers, OEM’s, airlines and MRO facilities.

Founder of Consumer Reputation Ratings an eCommerce company focused on reputation management. From 2008 to 2009 Vice President and General Manager of Advanced Flight Components a FAA Part 145 Repair Station. He reported directly to investor team and was responsible for start-up and facility certification approval by the FAA. From 1999 to 2008 served as Director of Business Operations, InterSky Precision Instruments. Responsible for management of day-to-day operations of 20,000 sq. ft. repair facility with annual sales of $6 million.



Hal Watson

Sales Representative

Harold E. Watson (Hal to colleagues and friends) is the President of BJAerospace, a woman-owned aviation services consulting company.

He holds a BS from the Air Force Academy and an MS from the University of Southern California. His 26 year career in the USAF was highlighted by being a distinguished graduate of pilot training and the Air War College, several operational flying assignments, staff postings with major air commands and the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Commander of the 24th Composite Wing and the USAF Southern Air Division in Panama.

Upon completing his Air Force career, he continued in aviation related businesses to include DynCorp General Manager of the Department of State INL air wing; President, DynAir Fueling providing fueling services to airlines across the US; and President, Thyssen Stearns Airport Equipment Co providing passenger boarding bridges to airlines and airports. He also provided consulting services to Lockheed Martin developing training programs for the F-16 mid-life update. Recently, he was director of business development for Alliant TechSystems Special Mission Aircraft growing the company from $18 to $100M in four years.

He also has extensive experience as a civilian pilot and aircraft owner. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot rating and commercial flight and instrument instructor licenses.

Mr. Watson joined Heartwood as a Marketing Consultant specifically addressing the Aerospace Industry and expanding Heartwood’s offerings into Virtual Maintenance and Logistical Support areas.



Ameet Toor

Over the last 3 years, Ameet Toor has been prolific in developing and managing accounts with companies such as ATK, Raytheon, and BAE Systems. Through his efforts, Heartwood Studios has successfully met the needs of many aerospace and defense firms, establishing it as the leading provider of visual storytelling solutions within the defense industry.

Ameet has been developing and managing key relationships over the past three years, and he is tenaciously driven to tap into new, unexplored areas of the world of 3-D animation. Ameet graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems. Outside the realm of 3-D, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and also enjoys hiking, working out, and traveling.
