Paul has more than 18 years of experience in Revenue Generation across several verticals.
His career has included selling multi-million dollars IT software and services projects in the Pharmaceutical, Financial and Manufacturing industries, as well as being a go-to executive that has helped businesses in various industries helping them grow as much as 60% in 18 months. Paul serves on the advisory boards of a few companies across the US.

Over the last 3 years, Ameet Toor has been prolific in developing and managing accounts with companies such as ATK, Raytheon, and BAE Systems. Through his efforts, Heartwood Studios has successfully met the needs of many aerospace and defense firms, establishing it as the leading provider of visual storytelling solutions within the defense industry.
Ameet has been developing and managing key relationships over the past three years, and he is tenaciously driven to tap into new, unexplored areas of the world of 3-D animation. Ameet graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems. Outside the realm of 3-D, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and also enjoys hiking, working out, and traveling.
Ranjani Mohana serves as the Studio Coordinator and ensures the smooth internal running of the firm. Ranjani coordinates office management for both the sales process and project lifecycle: from proposals and contracts through invoicing and accounts receivable.
Previously, she served as the Director of Karna Global Technologies—overseeing internal and external relationships as well as operations and HR. She has also served as a Marketing Manager with Texas Instruments’ Storage product group, hiring targeted professionals from the U.S. to relocate to Bangalore, India with a “No Place Like Home” campaign.
Ranjani holds three separate master’s degrees: in Journalism (University of North Texas), an MBA (Southern Methodist University), and in Information Systems (University of Texas at Dallas).
In addition to her career achievements, Ranjani is a pastel artist. She also volunteers in several community projects and was particularly involved as board president for Riding Unlimited, a nonprofit organization providing horse riding lessons for disabled kids.
Rahul Mehta travels between Heartwood Studios’ offices in New York and San Francisco. He solves clients’ business challenges through visual storytelling, and he specializes in the defense, corporate, and high-tech sectors.
Rahul has also consulted with commercial real-estate developers and their marketing teams to show them ways to reach their audiences and increase sales.
Prior to joining Heartwood Studios, Rahul was an Account Service Executive at ESPN where he created multimedia branding opportunities through print, digital, and television placements. Rahul also spent time at Merrill Lynch in the private banking sector. Rahul has consulted with commercial real-estate developers and their marketing teams to show them ways to reach their audiences and increase sales.
Rahul graduated from Babson College with a focus in Finance and International Business. Personally, he’s passionate about traveling and sports, and he’s had the opportunity to study in Australia and play college basketball for Monash University.
