“Heartwood Studios has developed excellent three dimensional models for our project in 2007. The quality of Heartwood Studios deliverables have been outstanding and they have delivered all products ahead of requested schedules. Heartwood Studios has been very responsive to all requests and very professional to work with on our project. It is planned to continue to contract with Heartwood Studios on our project in 2008 and beyond.”

Quality of work. One way I like to gauge quality of work is by assessing how closely the first representation of the work meets my expectations. As for Heartwood, both times I have reviewed the first draft of work, my expectations have either been completely met, or exceeded. This speaks to the ability of the Heartwood team to listen to expectations and use the expectations to build guide the work.

Communication. Heartwood team members clearly understand the importance of communication. That said, I have been very impressed with the pro activeness of Heartwood team members when in comes to communication.

Delivery Schedules. Thus far, Heartwood has clearly taken commitments seriously. When necessary, the Heartwood team has identified risks to schedule and barriers to meeting schedules. I have not experienced a time when Heartwood was unable to meet a commitment.

"ATK Special Mission Aircraft modifies aircraft with complex Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems for government users. These systems are too large to properly display to potential customers. Consequently we asked Heartwood Studies to produce a realistic video that could be used to supplement presentations or looped for projection at trade shows. They delivered a highly effective digital video that has received many compliments and has significantly improved our presentations. ”
